Tos
- Payment is due in full upfront or 70% deposit in advance.
- Time to complete the artwork will be 3 weeks - 3 months. A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines.
( EX : complete before DL will be charged additional 30-50% of total).
- You are only purchasing the digital file. Not the printed art.
- I will send you the full resolution picture by email or google drive links.
- Be sure to save the picture (your computer, USB memory, cloud...) I clean my gallery and computer from time to time.
- Additional fees will be charged for excessive or major revisions ( tell me what you want to change in the SKETCH: expressions, details, etc. Please don't be shy if something really doesn't suit well with you. )
- By purchasing any of my services you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service and being obligated to follow them. As well as promising you won't request any Paypal chargeback.
- I do my best to capture the character's personality but sometimes I do make mistakes, especially if it wasn't clear from the order.
- I reserve the rights of cancelling your petition if I don't feel comfortable to draw it and you'll get the refund 70% if the process goes over the sketch.
- There might be little differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive
COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
- I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.
- I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.
- I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.
- Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.
- The final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase commercial rights.
- You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work.
- For commercial use, you must purchase the rights from me at 300% the original price.
- Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially.You may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
- Print the work for personal use.
- Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.
- Use the artwork as reference for a study.
- Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
- Claim the artwork as yours.
- Remove my watermark/signature.
- Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.
- Color in my sketches or lineart.
- Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.
- Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.
